Giles Richard Kickboxing

I recently tried Giles Richard Kickboxing, and it was a really interesting and exciting experience. Kickboxing classes usually teach a mix of punches, kicks, and defensive techniques, helping students improve fitness and learn basic self-defence skills.

One of the best parts of the training was learning new techniques. During the sessions, I learned how to throw punches and kicks properly and also how to defend myself if someone attacks me. Practicing combinations and drills made the lessons feel challenging but fun. It was also good exercise and helped improve my fitness and confidence.

Another positive part was training with other people. Working with partners helped me practice the techniques and improve my reactions and coordination.

However, there are also some disadvantages. Because kickboxing is a contact sport, there is always a chance of getting hurt during training or sparring. Sometimes people get hit accidentally, which can cause bruises or soreness. It’s part of the sport, but it can still be uncomfortable.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Giles Richard Kickboxing. Learning new moves and self-defence techniques was really fun, even though the risk of getting hurt is something to be aware of.

Overall rating: 4/5
