Prevail Skatehouse Skate Park

I recently went to Prevail Skatehouse near Bournemouth, and overall it was a really fun place to skate. The park has a big indoor area with ramps, bowls, and different sections where you can practice tricks and ride different lines. It’s designed for skateboards, scooters, BMX bikes, and roller skates, so lots of different riders use it.

One of the best parts of the park is the tight corners and flowing lines around the track. You can build up speed and try to weave past other skaters and people on scooters, which makes it feel fast and exciting. When you get the line right through the corners, it feels really satisfying and makes the session more fun.

Another good thing is that there are lots of ramps, bowls, and street-style obstacles, so there are plenty of places to practice tricks or just ride around and improve your skills.

However, there are also a few downsides. Because many people use the park at the same time, there can be crashes and collisions, especially when people are going fast or trying tricks. Sometimes riders also spin out or fall, which can stop your run and slow things down.

Another thing that can be annoying is when three-wheel scooters or beginners get in the way, especially on tight corners or busy sections of the park. It can make it harder to keep your speed or complete a good run.

Overall, I still had a really good time at Prevail. The tight corners, fast lines, and weaving past other riders make it exciting, even if the crashes and busy track can sometimes get frustrating.
